Our Commitment

Vibe Coder PNW does not sell your personal information. We never have, and we never will. This page explains what "selling" and "sharing" mean under privacy law, confirms our practices, and tells you how to exercise your rights if you ever have concerns.

What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean Under the Law

Laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act define "sale" broadly, not just an exchange of data for money, but also exchanging personal information for any other valuable consideration. "Sharing" (a CPRA-specific term) generally refers to disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without payment.

What We Actually Do

We use a small set of service providers to operate the Site and deliver our services: Supabase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Google (Analytics and Search Console). Each of these providers processes your information only to perform services on our behalf, not for their own independent marketing purposes, and not for resale.

  • We do not sell personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or ad retargeting.
  • We do not use tracking pixels or cookies from third-party ad networks.
  • The only "sharing" that occurs is the minimum necessary disclosure to the service providers listed above and in our Privacy Policy, strictly to run the Site and fulfill the purpose you engaged with it for (e.g., responding to your inquiry, sending a newsletter you signed up for, processing a payment you initiated).

Because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by law, there is technically no "opt-out" needed, there is nothing to opt out of. We are publishing this page anyway, in the spirit of these laws and for full transparency, so you always have a clear, direct way to ask us questions or confirm your preferences.

Your Rights, Regardless

Even though we don't sell or share your information, you still have rights over it, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you
  • Access a copy of that information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to limited legal exceptions
  • Limit the use of any sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information in the ordinary course of operating this Site)
  • Non-discrimination, we will never treat you differently for exercising any privacy right
